At s9asia, every ringgit you invest brings you one step closer to a VIP status packed with privileges. From higher withdrawal limits to a personal account manager — this is far more than just a standard rewards program.
The s9asia VIP program is designed to reward every loyal and active member on our platform. Unlike regular promotions open to everyone, the VIP program is exclusive — only those who meet certain criteria are eligible to enjoy the privileges we offer.
Imagine playing your favorite slots every night, with every wager you place automatically earning VIP points in the background. Without any separate registration or lengthy forms to fill in, the s9asia system tracks your playing activity and automatically advances your VIP tier once the set threshold is reached. This is our way of showing appreciation to you as a valued s9asia member.
The s9asia VIP program has five main tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each offering increasingly attractive benefits. The higher your VIP tier, the greater the privileges you enjoy. These include higher daily withdrawal limits, more generous cashback rates, faster transaction processing speeds, and access to exclusive promotions not available to regular members.
VIP points are calculated based on your valid turnover. Points are accumulated automatically and your VIP tier is updated daily at midnight.
Even better, s9asia will never downgrade your VIP level without warning. We understand there may be months when you are less active than usual — that is why we apply a fair review period before any level adjustment is made. Your loyalty to s9asia is always valued and celebrated.
Each tier offers more exclusive benefits — choose your VIP destination
Understanding how the s9asia VIP system works is the first step to maximising the benefits you receive. The tier upgrade process is automatic and transparent.
Pro Tip: Live dealer games and video slots typically accumulate VIP points at a higher rate than classic table games. Play what you enjoy while earning VIP points faster!
More than just cashback — this is an entirely different gaming experience
S9asia VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily withdrawal limits compared to regular members — up to RM 500,000 per day for Diamond tier. Withdraw your big wins without splitting them into multiple smaller transactions.
Forget long waiting times. Withdrawal requests for VIP Gold members and above are processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Diamond members enjoy near-instant withdrawals through our exclusive priority channel.
From Gold tier onwards, you will be assigned a dedicated personal account manager you can contact directly. Your manager will assist with any enquiries, ensure you get the best benefits, and resolve any issues promptly.
Enjoy weekly cashback that increases with your VIP tier — from 0.5% for Bronze up to 2.5% for Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on your net weekly losses and credited every Monday with no complicated wagering requirements.
From special birthday bonuses to luxurious monthly physical gifts, s9asia ensures VIP members always feel valued. Rewards are tailored to your VIP tier and playing history — not generic, one-size-fits-all gifts.
Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP members receive invitations to exclusive slot tournaments and live dealer events with generous cash prizes. Platinum and Diamond members are also invited to exclusive entertainment events hosted by s9asia.
